4. Booking and Payments
- Service bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website.
- Payments can be made via cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers.
- Pre-payment may be required for certain services.
- You agree that payment details may be transferred to our payment service provider for processing.
- Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. For concerns, contact us within 24 hours.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
6. Refunds/Claims/Complaints
- All services are deemed satisfactory unless reported within 24 hours of completion.
- Complaints will be investigated and addressed to the client’s satisfaction.
- The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
- Any property damage or missing items must be reported before our staff departs or within 4 hours of service completion.
7. Service Guarantee
- If you are unsatisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours for resolution.
- Damages due to our negligence will be compensated up to 100% of the service cost.
8. Health and Safety
Our staff follows safety standards. Clients must provide a safe environment. Access to water and electricity must be available to perform services.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is securely stored and only used for service fulfillment.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.).
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is the property of Quality Care Building and Home Care Service. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
